Dear Prospective Student:

Thank you for your interest in possibly attending Allen Park Community School. To begin the enrollment process the birth certificate, immunization record, and school transcript(s) of the student must be submitted to the Community School Office, 14700 Moore Street, Allen Park MI along with completion of the following forms:
